Typical tier 1 supplier to the Auto Industries
Paint Department Manager (Former Employee) –  North Baltimore, OHOctober 24, 2017
Lots of work to refurb an antiquated paint shop that had more issues than funds to bring it back on line.
Most equipment was in need of attention. If parts were needed you were lucky if you could buy them on Ebay.
Robots were an everyday struggle.
Pros
Decent benefits, Decent pay
Cons
Not enough money to keep the paint line running. Also not enough knowledge to keep presses running.

Maintenance tech 2
Maintenance Technician (Current Employee) –  Mount Airy, NC 27030October 18, 2017
Good place to work. It is just got a very dirty. Money is good and for the most part coworkers are great. Management is a bit clueless on how to operate the plant. This is mainly cause in most management positions, people either quit or get fired with less than a year in that role. It’s a lack of expirence on their part but they point fingers saying everyone below them is not doing their job correctly. Well being in management isn’t that your problem to fix?
Pros
Money
Cons
Hot, dirty. Ideas and suggestions go in one ear and out the other.

Production Worker (Current Employee) –  North Baltimore, OHOctober 6, 2017
They favor white, uneducated men. If you are a woman
and educated, you are going nowhere fast at this facility.
They do not like anyone that is not a good old boy.

Mold Press Operator/Quality Assurance (Former Employee) –  Cleveland, NCOctober 5, 2017
Fast paced and hot environment. Non stop movement. No reward for a job well done. Prepare to take up the slack of lazy employees and get nothing for it but as chewing when your line gets behind.

Utility Operator (Current Employee) –  Carey, OHSeptember 28, 2017
The environment with the workers are close nit. The jobs are not hard, but can get messy. Management cares about their employees, and takes personal effort to listen.

Material Handler (Former Employee) –  Salisbury, NCSeptember 22, 2017
Not a terrible place to work if you need a job, but communication within management, and between management and subordinates is terrible, you are often not told you will have to work mandatory overtime until day of said overtime, often work weekends (mainly Saturdays) and even holidays depending on how often the machines break down.

Good luck getting paid fairly for your labor, as raises are a joke and the company clearly does not wish to pay you anymore than absolutely necessary.

Often made to work outside of your job description as well, and many times promotions into more complex jobs are not accompanied by pay increases.

Not horrible if you have no income, but consider this company as a hold over until better work is available to you.
Pros
Not hard to get Overtime.
Cons
Lack of communication and poor quality work enviromment.

Stressful day at CSP
Maintenance Technician II (Current Employee) –  Salisbury, NCSeptember 13, 2017
The management at CSP is very poor. Too many buddies between management and certain workers and not enough concern for other employees.Maintenance supervisor was awarded this role due to being buddies with plant manager. Not enough knowledge on how to perform his job duties. Which makes it very stressful on other shifts. What I like about this job is working with different people in production

Working at CSP is great. Most of the manangement is very helpful and pushes you to succeed. The best thing that I like about the company is that they believe in promoting within the company rather than hiring an outsider. Great company and great benefits!
