Demonstrated history of strong academic performance while balancing work and/or extra-curricular activities

Experience with Medicare and Medicaid software would be a benefit

Understanding of relational databases
Basic or moderate understanding of managing scheduled jobs and permissions in a Windows XP or 7 environment
Exceptional skills and demonstrated capabilities in analytical tools such as MS Excel, and MS Access experience a plus.
Knowledge of corporate functions, with a particular emphasis on IT processes
Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization
BA/BS in a business-related major required
MS/MA/MBA in information technology, business or healthcare administration preferred
Develops relationships with the customers and staff to better understand business requirements. Responsible as analyst for business deliverables for software programs. The Entry Level Business Analyst will assist in responding to customer inquiries and requests, collect business requirements, test, and deploy solutions. In addition, the Analyst will be responsible for researching data, performing analyses, presenting results, and making recommendations as needed to various levels of leadership.
Participates in integrating activities with application and technical support department for successful implementation and support of project efforts.
