Inside Sales Account Executive - Job Description

  • Able to generate new business and achieve monthly revenue goals through prospecting new clients and driving sales.
  • Call on senior-level executive contacts and maintain a highly consultative sales cycle.
  • A consultative sales approach to create new qualified sales opportunities and manage sale cycle to generate incremental revenue
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly forecast against assigned quota
  • Maintain required number of quality outbound calls to customer contacts
  • Ensure CRM is regularly updated with customer information & interactions
  • Provide high level of customer service and serve as a liaison between customers and internal team

Inside Sales Account Executive - Desired Skills

  • A bachelors degree is a must. A degree in marketing, business or IT is preferred
  • At least 1 to 2 years of business to business sales experience is a must
  • Knowledge of the industry - specifically in technology or software - is highly desired, but not required
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office suite
  • Excellent phone, verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Previous experience working with a CRM application.
  • Resolve to surpass performance goals
  • Willingness to learn
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must pass a background check.

Compensation - Excellent base salary plus lucrative commission structure
