Pros: Decent pay, good people
Good people, but due to it being a call center environment and it being Payment Card Industry certified secure, your activities are tracked, micromanaged, coached, and very restricted. For example, only SiriusXM related websites are allowed to viewed from your desk computer. When I started we were allowed to stream music at our desks via SiriusXm's website and they had televisions with various programming on in the call center, but both have gone away. They seem to be always understaffed and periodically require overtime.
