Rewarding and Fulfilling Job
Adult ESL Teacher (Current Employee) –  San Diego, CADecember 19, 2013
This school provides its teachers with a wonderful teaching experience for people who enjoy working with students of all adult ages from all over the world. I have enjoyed the transition from teaching children to adults. The teaching staff here is excellent and highly devoted. The hardest part of the job is its lack of compensation. The people (both management and teaching staff) add to the beauty and enjoyment of teaching. A typical day would include working with students on grammar, writing mechanics, speaking fluency, and vocabulary building. The students are eager, thoughtful, and dedicated.
Pros
Staff and students
Cons
Compensation
