my dream job. over all cooking and serving, and helping people is something i enjoy. I was just a trainee, in a culinary arts program in job corps. my typical day started off with lunch and dinner prep, cleaning, serving, and at the end of the day, i prepped for breakfast. i learned how to properly clean, how to properly measure, serve safe training, and work based learning. Management was awesome, and so were my coworkers. The hardest part of the job was keeping my optimism. I just wanted to do so good, when i forgot something i really beat myself up for it. because i'm so passionate. I enjoyed everything about working in a kitchen.
