nice working enviorment
receiving clerk/ lift operator (Former Employee), Americus, GA – March 27, 2013
Pros: the employes
Cons: 30 min lunch no ac
A typical day for me is dealing with incoming freight. Unloading, processing, data entry. Along with dealing with buyers, vendors and inventory control.I have learned a lot during by employment about multi tasking and dealing with people rather it be on the phone, in and email or face to face.Management here is all about lean, doing your job in a timely – more... manor without a lot of wast as they call it. I enjoy working with my co-workers we try to help each other and make it like a family enviorment. As a whole i have learned to deal with all aspects of my job so there isn't one part i like better than the other. – less

Pros: i got paid well for my time.
Cons: i had to live away from home.
Very stressful because I had to takeover the buyer position with no training because the other buyer quit, due to the company moving the division to Mexico. I also had to help train the buyer from Mexico to do the job.

The overall company was a good place to work.
Assembler (Former Employee), Americus, GA – October 26, 2012
Pros: vacation time was good, did not have to wait a whole year to use it.
A typical day at work was good. I worked at my own pace, got along with everyone. I tried to learn as much as I possible. I learned how to operate hand drills, guns, tape machines, testing electrical wiring building light fixtures and wiring them. The hardest part was getting production out on days ,I had to work with people who didn't know how to run – more... the product I was buliding. Trying to train them and keep production at the same time. The most enjoyable part, was I got along with everyone I worked with in my department. – less

High pressure work place with good co-workers
Mechanical Engineer, Outdoor Lighting (Current Employee), Peachtree City, GA – October 7, 2012
Pros: close to where i live
Cons: uncertainty of scope at any stage of the program
A typical day has improved with the co-location of marketing and engineering. The toughest part of the job is to nail down an engineering specification due to the constantly evolving nature of LED technology.
The most enjoyable part of the job is the helpful co-worker and very good supervisor.
