Receptionist (Former Employee) –  Cincinnati, OHAugust 19, 2016
Answering the phone sorting and distributing mail. Also would sort and file paperwork from our many store locations. I learned that they value hard work. Management has gone through some changes, but have always been helpful in the position. My co-workers are great to work with very nice and always ready to pitch in and help. Trying to help the customer when it is a problem that is tough to solve. The most enjoyable is helping a customer reach a solution.
Pros
little perks like grill outs and ice cream socials
Cons
only allowed 36 hours a week to get work done in a timely manor
