Cooperstown Environmental LLC is a certified Women-Owned Business Enterprise located in the historic Ballardvale section of Andover, Massachusetts.
We offer a range of services, which are described in our Services page. Much of our work focuses on sites regulated under the Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP) and other federal and state regulations – more... such as RCRA and TSCA; litigation support; support for real estate transactions; engineering; environmental compliance; and Brownfields Tax Credit assistance.
Our clients, many of whom are multi-project repeat clients, find our services to be highly practical, cost-effective, credible, and innovative. Nearly all of our work is based on referrals from other clients - the highest compliment we can receive.
The founding principals both hold Masters Degrees in the environmental field and have over 35 years of combined experience in the environmental consulting field. In addition, Jim Curtis also served as Senior Environmental Officer and Institute LSP at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), lending him a different perspective as a former owner and providing a strong platform for service to the academic community.
