Hospitality Associate/ dietary aide (Current Employee), Sykesville, MDMay 8, 2013
Pros: you dont work pas 8 pm
Cons: no overtime no paid lunch break only 7.5 hours instead of working 80 hours for two weeks
The company as a whole used to a place where it was enjoyable to work until it was contracted out to a company called Unidine since they have been at copper ridge for a year things have declined. Employee benefits were terrible and way to high to pay as in individual and as some of them has children. There is no over time and original hours get cut – more... in half, and your job security always a constant thing on your mind. – less
