Pros: good compensation, decent benefits and a solid culture
Cons: don't own the properties as they operate as a management company only
A strong belief in taking care of employees, through proper compensation, decent benefits and continuous training. Managers are allowed to lead their departments with little interference, focus was always on results and not the normal politics you find in the hospitality industry. I enjoyed working for Coral and would absolutely do it again.
