Immediate Need – Central Ohio
Looking for a leader with the ability to provide exceptional customer service, driven to exceed sales goals and able to develop a superior sales and service team thru consistent training and coaching. Must be self-motivated, a problem solver and able to work independently in promoting sales and controlling store expenses. Photography enthusiast or background in consumer electronics helpful but not essential.
- Build the Cord Camera brand by providing a positive experience to all customers
- Foster teamwork and inspire associates to exceed monthly/yearly sales goals
- Know our products thru hands on training and a continuing online education program
- Communicate with the Operations Director with any concerns
- Resolve daily issues with customers and store associates
- Prepare weekly associate work schedules
- Must be computer proficient and have strong communication skills
- Have at least 2 years retail experience managing a store
You’ll need to be flexible with your schedule. Your work hours will be based on business needs.
