Core Lab has over 70 offices in more than 50 countries. The Company derives its revenues from services and product sales to clients primarily in the oil and gas industry. In July 2008, it acquired Catoni Persa, a petroleum testing laboratory specializing in the characterization of crude oil and its derivative products.
