Healthcare field with very poor management.
Medical Office Coordinator Lead/Medical Assistant (Former Employee) – Hampton, NH – August 31, 2016
A typical day at work was rooming patients, learning about new medications and training patients on how to administer them. I would order diagnostic testing and assist the Endocrinologist with U/S and biopsies. Daily prescriptions and telephone triage were part of my daily responsibilities. The hardest part of my job was trying to do everyone else's jobs along with my own. My co-workers were not self sufficient and they seemed to depend on me a lot. I like being a team player but do not appreciate being taken advantage of.
When there were problems in our office and we asked for direction, our management always put things on the backburner. I always enjoyed working with our patients and getting to know them and their families.
Not being appreciated for all the good things we do
