Mgmt team is not consistent in the way they handle situations. Two employees can commit the same error and one will be punished and the other will not be. No rhyme or reason to how they make their decisions. Company policy preached by HR but not enforced by supervisors. Controller has such a tight hold on everything that the job is suffocating and employees are uncomfortable working for/with him. Unrealistic expectations for job performance. GM is a very laid back and fun guy to work with/for.
