Could be great place if management was more supportive
Finishing Department Associate (Current Employee), Buckhannon, WVNovember 7, 2012
Pros: co workers, pay
Cons: management all the way to the top
The job itself is an easy and enjoyable job. The employees are overall a great bunch of people. The management is lacking as many of them never come out of their offices. They would rather time be wasted walking to them than coming to give their instruction. They seem more worried about what the employees are doing than how much work is getting done. Playing favorites is also a large problem. Many forms are not kept accurately and as long as management likes you nothing will ever be said. Punishments are not handed out equally either. The benefits could also be better for the work environment.
