Finishing Scheduler (Former Employee) – Louisville, KY – January 6, 2015
Really enjoyed my 37 years here. They moved to China or maybe I would still be working there. Every day was a little different due to every order was different and had to be handled in a different way. I really enjoyed opening up a blueprint for the first time on a new order and seen what was required of us as a team to get accomplished in a certain time frame.

Could be great place if management was more supportive
Finishing Department Associate (Current Employee) – Buckhannon, WV – November 7, 2012
The job itself is an easy and enjoyable job. The employees are overall a great bunch of people. The management is lacking as many of them never come out of their offices. They would rather time be wasted walking to them than coming to give their instruction. They seem more worried about what the employees are doing than how much work is getting done. Playing favorites is also a large problem. Many forms are not kept accurately and as long as management likes you nothing will ever be said. Punishments are not handed out equally either. The benefits could also be better for the work environment.
