The work environment is exciting and ever changing, but familiar because we care for many of our patients for many years. The culture requires staff to be aware, alert, and a strong team: Ready at any time for anything.

The working hours for me have been great. I’ve worked every shift and both 8 and 16 hours shifts. My site managers were very accommodating with scheduling as long as the scheduled was covered.

I was contacted by a recruiter after calling an 800 number in a newspaper ad. I was then scheduled for an interview and hired as a PRN, but soon transitioned into a full-time employee.

Poor management. DON and HSA do not know what goes on . They just discipline on here say or if they are having a bad day. That is unless you stroke their ego enough. It is the worse place I have ever worked. This was all due to Poor Management!

Yes! Our scales are based on experience. Normally 0-12 years and after 12+ years they are at the top of the scale.

The only positions not based on experience would be PRN.

Listen to nurse's complaints and show support, not just to ADON's. Prove that you have their backs. Losing too many nurses because training process is not working. Spend more time with on the job training. Regional training isn't working and a waste of time. Spend time on the different yards to see what real issue's are for that yard. See, listen and observe ways to make work environment better.

Corizon Health operates in so many states, our employees have access to a Health Exchange Program vs. a single benefit offering from one carrier. Based on where you live, and what your personal/family needs are, you can choose which carrier and care level make the most sense for you.

That said, treatment can range from medication to complex procedures to assist in reproductive technology. Some insurance companies will pay for the diagnosis but may not pay for the treatment. Employees can go online to the insurance company in their area to review their guidelines. Each year before enrolling in benefits for the following year, employees should review procedures with the carriers.

Corizon Health CNAs are paid bi-weekly at an hourly rate. The amount of that rate depends on the location of the contract. If you would like, call (800) 222-8215 and speak with a Recruiter. We can better answer that once we know your location.

LPN pay will depend on the location of the position, as we base all of our pay rates on locations's market.

Our suggestion would be to call our Recruiting Department and speak with a Recruiter, and they can answer based on your location. Once we know that bit of information, we can certainly discuss pay further.
