  • Manage daily administrative assets and tasks for the Proposal Team, e.g., workload report, routine field support
  • Provide document production support; creating, printing, binding
  • Proofread and copyedit detailed and technical copy for proposals and sales assets
  • Coordinate travel and expenses for senior sales management
  • Coordinate team event logistics and assets for training and special programs
  • Support senior management with special projects
  • Assist with PowerPoint document editing / creation / compilation
  • Manage Proposal Team supply of collateral and equipment
  • Liaise and manage relationships with various 3rd party suppliers
  • Work with internal staff in the larger organization to identify resources and gather information when necessary
  • Additional administrative responsibilities as assigned from time to time

Required Skills and Experience

  • BA degree or equivalent
  • Previous administrative experience mandatory; experience in sales or marketing or operational administration is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in business language other than English is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills & hands-on approach
  • Knowledge of accounting, data and administrative practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of clerical practices and procedures
  • Extraordinary office software application skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills that enable them to work well with a diverse team
  • Positive and solution-oriented attitude with problem solving skills and a can-do approach
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Eloqua marketing software also desired, but not essential
