I was pretty streamline. First, I created an account, completed an online application, uploaded my resume and scheduled an interview from home. Once I arrived to CornerStone, I completed a typing, mathematical & reading assessment in their onsite testing facility. From there I meet with recruiter to discuss possible assignments.

They will make you wait in a waiting room for at least an hour, sometimes two. They will have a lot of agents just sitting at their desks not helping the room full of people. When they finally get to you, they will ask generic questions about your resume, and then say either we have something, or we dont think we have anything you can get hired too, here is our card, now leave. Mostly a big waste of time, try and find a different agency before wasting time with this one. I have gone to them multiple times and to different offices, they are all the same.
