I loved this job and it was hard to leave. A typical day at work include receiving requests from tenants and dispatching to the engineers on what needed to be done. I learned how to be a Customer Service professional. I had a relationship with each of my co-workers and keep in touch with some of them to this day. The only hard part of my job was that I was bored a lot because it wasn't a challenge for me. I enjoyed helping my team and my tenants everyday.
