They have high expectations from you for extremely low wages. 3rd party applications that many of these companies use they expect you to know how to fix. Their sales people sell service that they are not suppose then customer is angry with you because their sales rep told them something different. Very poorly ran. More chaos then there needs to be. Help Desk employee are blamed for every little thing. On-site tech sent out to fix things and end up breaking things even more then customer calls back angry and you have to deal with that. Over charge customers. They charge customers on site visits that should not be billed for because of on site tech screwed it up on the first visit. Three list can go on and on . They have very pooir customer service skills.
