CCS currently has an opening for a full-time Director of Nursing (DON) for our Dane County facility, located in Madison, Wisconsin: Duties includes: -Participating in planning, priority setting and development of policies and procedures – more... for healthcare activities that comply with contractual requirements, the facility's, and ACA and NCCHC standards. -Coordinating and monitoring orientation, in-service and continuing education with the Health Services Administrator. -Coordinating development, provision, and evaluation of patient care according to the standards of quality nursing care. -Conducting recruitment/retention efforts for nursing services. -Participating in development and administration of a budget for nursing services and anticipated patient care needs.
