Do exit interviews, you learn a lot, about what's going on in a company. Do employee of the month. Letting people know you appreciate them,do breath cancer rally at each site make working for CCS fun. The job is stressful as it is,give employees something positive. We risk our life everyday. And when you have employees dedicated that will work when someone calls out. average 108 hrs due to being understaff, you get worn out month after month and your HSA acts like you have to work not a good feeling.

Deal with everyone accordingly and stop allowing their friends to do whatever they want. Not a bad job but certain people get passes. Toooo much favoritism here.

Change some of the Admin Staff & Captains...by doing this in my opinion would eliminate the current issues we have such as favoritism, nepotism, Supervisors fratnizing with employees, just a few of the issues we currently have. No praise given to employees, but quick to point fingers when something goes wrong. Praising employees goes a long way & actually being sincere. Just some of the many bad things that aren't mentioned when Corporate staff come & visit.

CCS in Baltimore county. Is back breaking, tedious and frustrating. I feel that this company need to do 5 things that will promote a less stressful work environment and keep the nurses. #1 "Hire more Nurses"- more LPN means less stress on nurse and we will be able to complete all tasks effectively and efficiently. #2"Make the job less tedious"- why are we doing paper work when we have the exact same forms on Co mar. Its redundant and time consuming. #3 "STOP forcing Nurses and Med techs. to work double shifts"- we have families and lives and constantly being forced to work over interferes with our lives. Not to mention we are tired and this increases the chance for error.. #4"Respect your employees"- Some HSA are rude and unprofessional. They don't understand how the nursing field works so they give us un realistic expectations and duties. #5 hired more nurse or contact agency nurse.- this will alleviate problems 1-3.
