Supervisor could use some charm school and management classes. Supervisor picks and chooses her favorites and makes schedule around them, if the schedule is even put out in time. The schedule is made for a month at a time, but doesn't even get posted until 3rd to 7th of the month. Staffing per shift is unfair. There are 12-15 staff on dayshift and 2-3 at night, very unsafe. Obviously they pick the same employees for the "random" drug testing over and over because the ones who have failed drug tests before, and had it "handled" never have tests anymore. The company would be good to work for if they did surprise visits to see how many people they are paying to sit around, do nothing but complain and talk about each other, and leave various food items and trash laying around in the clinical area. Oh and again, the supervisor is very discriminatory by race and by who she knows personally prior to hiring them.
