Tutor/Mentor (Current Employee) –  Corsicana, TXApril 19, 2015
A typical day at work includes keeping teenagers attention, and keeping them engaged in subjects that they struggle in. My co workers are decent.

Teaching
SUBSUTITE TEACHER (Former Employee) –  Corsicana TexasMarch 19, 2015
Teaching make someone feel very important ...

you are molding a life of a young child or adolescent .
the hardest part was letting the children go at the end of the day they make your day brighter with the things they say or do it is too cute.

Typical public school environment.
Substitute Teacher (Former Employee) –  Corsicana, TXSeptember 4, 2014
Teach children of all ages. The public school procedures is what I learned. The management was very helpful. I really did not have any co-workers. The hardest part of the job was the routines. The most enjoyable part of the job was the teaching.
Pros
learned procedures and teaching.
Cons
pay

Great district to work for.
4th Grade classroom teacher (Current Employee) –  Corsicana, TXJuly 17, 2012
CISD gave employees the support any teacher needs to become an excellent educator. Preparing for the state testing is one of the most stressful parts of the job, however, the district provided resources that ultimately helped in preparing our students for the test.

Third Grade Teacher (Former Employee) –  Corsicana, TXJuly 8, 2014
I really enjoyed this school. I loved the students and co-workers. My direct supervisor was a great leader and amazing to work for, but central administration did not stand up for their employees.
