Food and Nutrition Assistant Two, Cortland, NY - October 25, 2017
I worked here 11 years...I learned every job in the kitchen and most days would complete 2 or more of these jobs because most of the time we worked short or had to relieve people to do other jobs. The management rarely helped and usually made our jobs more difficult. At one time we were required to pull huge carts and hot units to the floors to serve which was supposed to improve on food scores which it did not. They went back to serving from downstairs. Very demanding job.
