This is a company with a ton of potential, but the issue is upper management. There are a few at the top who are to blame, but everyone else is the problem. Plan on little support and alot of hours. There is little stability, and the way they treat people with their upper management scare tactics has everyone running around scared. It will take a corporate takeover to have this company headed in the right direction. The HR department is the worst I've ever seen, little to no support and will lie right to your face on subjects of issue.
