Dealing with customers, informing about restaurants, discounts or promotion on board, solving problems with damaged or missing luggages, doing payments (cash and credit cards), cooperating with other departments (house keeping, tour departments), helping guest in buying bus tickets.
Skills: learnt how to react in more efficient ways with different nationalities (different nationalities need different approach).
I really enjoyed working with my co-workers because all of them were quite helpful.
The hardest part of the job: long hours , short breaks, no days off.
The most enjoyable part : international environment .
