Do not work at the McKinney, Tx location in the UHC and Kaiser Collections department, lower management team is horrible!

My particular team seems to fluctuate between "no pace" and "hyper pace", management will act like 80% of us don't exist until they get some sort of command from above that then results in them compulsively micromanaging.

I had interviewed for a medical auditor position back in 2013 and had three levels of interviews: a generic HR screening of about 30 minutes, an in-person interview covering my prior experience etc., and another in person discussion about my questions on the team followed by a short pen&paper pop quiz on my auditing/database aptitude.

I declined my offer then and stayed at my then-current job but I applied to another audit in mid-2015 and the interview process was a VERY quick HR screening followed two days later by a sub-30 minute telephone "interview" with a team lead and then about ten days after that I got an e-mail with the job offer.
