I am very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work for Country Comfort, as the work was both challenging and rewarding. The office personnel are competent, compassionate, and helpful, and recognize and commend hard work and achievement.
A typical day at work will bring many challenges to overcome, opportunity to learn new things, utilize skills, work with the public, and increase people and personal skills.
You'll learn a lot working for Country Comfort, but mostly, you'll learn about yourself and who you are as a worker and team player, how well you deal with the general public as your customer and as your employer, and how you can become a better person to meet the demands of this type of work.
The management personnel are intelligent and competent, and are compassionate with the field workers while keeping the business in control and balancing work demands... its a very demanding and challenging position to serve and Country Comforts' management team are top notch.
I would define the workplace culture at Country Comfort as, "Hard-working, intelligent, caring, compassionate, honest, and sincere, while at all times handling the pressures and complexities of a public that demands and deserves only the best service".
Many times the hardest jobs are also the most rewarding and enjoyable jobs.
