PCA's work very hard everyday just to hear management sitting in the office gossiping about how bad we are at our jobs.

I enjoy helping others. The coworkers I work with are excellent and so is the management.

It was a rough hands on job that i loved i throughly enjoyed taking care of the residents that i had however the constent mandating and being over burns you out very quick and there was no understanding from upper management

Non-stop work day. From the moment you arrive to the time you leave. I've learned to multi-task and prioritize my work load. The managment is involved in some of the issues that come up throughout the work day but need to be more professional. The co-workers there are easy to work with and will do anything to help. Country Meadows Pet inn is a great place to work. It is a small business with real core values that put the customer first!

My typical week is very demanding, stressful and very long. I normally work between 50 and 60 hours and I find it harder each day to find a balance between family and career. While managing this property allows me to work independently, many times unrealistic expectations and impossible deadlines are implied. This community can be dangerous and many – more... of the residents, unruley. I do enjoy my co-workers and time management skills that I have learned. Great company to work for very understanding about personal issues and provided plenty of work we they had it available. Would recommend this job to others. People although sometimes difficult were very interesting and I had an amazing time while employed with this company
