The most enjoyable part of my job was working directly with the patients with a interdisciplinary approach. There was so much support from all of the team and we all worked together to help the patient reached their full capacity during their stay at Courage Center.

I have done it all at Courage Center. I was a Speech, Occupational and Physical therapy client there when I first had my disabiliity and now I volunteer in the OT clinic with the clients with their disabilities. They are so cheerful and empathic with an up-beat attitude that is contagious.

Courage Center is a Minnesota-based non-profit rehabilitation and resource center that empowers people with disabilities to realize their full potential in every aspect of life. The Company offers a variety of programs to people with disabilities and those with chronic health issues. Programs include comprehensive rehabilitation therapies, an inpatient transitional rehabilitation program, a physicians' clinic, independent living services, drivers' services, a community reintegration program, chronic pain rehabilitation program, accessible aquatics and fitness programs, camps, and adapted sports and recreation programs. Advocacy and empowerment are instilled in people with disabilities at the legislature and in other public forums.

Employees have the opportunity to grow in their awareness of the needs of others and expand their clinical expertise daily. Coworkers are knowledgable, caring, and value the mission.

Locations include Golden Valley, Stillwater, Burnsville and Forest Lake. Also, sports and recreation programs in Duluth, and camps at Maple Lake and Lake George.
