There was a couple phone screening interviews that were very basic so don't stress those. Just don't admit to having mercy for the animals and you will be fine. Next up is the on site interview which is a few hours long and mostly consists of behavior based questions. Think of some good situations/scenarios in which you have done something and who knows you might just land yourself a job.
Phone interview then a personal interview
