Covenant Care (CC) provides skilled nursing and assisted living services to individuals who can no longer care for themselves. We operate 45 facilities located in CA, IL, IN, IA, NE, NV and OH. In addition, we provide therapy services to our residents and those of other long-term care facilities. This belief surrounds all that we do from daily interactions with our residents to how we treat our residents, families and co-workers.

Our facilities are interconnected through information services that enable facilities to communicate with each other and receive information timely with which to best care for their patients.
