Wonderful place to teach and educate children in the best academic and spiritual levels

Cons: employees that left and students that disenrolled
Each day began with greeting parents and children to school. There was much interaction with parents involving tuition collection, informing them of the progress of their children, and helping solve their issues. I oversaw all employees including interviewing, hiring, training, firing, schedules, timecards, calling in payroll, evaluations, and all daily
– more... supervisory duties. By conducting daily tours for prospective parents and children, I marketed the company mission and goals. I answered phones and made daily deposits to bank. I monitored security cameras for teacher and student behaviors. I ordered all office supplies and weekly food supplies. I worked with JEFCO health department and other official school inspectors as needed. I enjoyed management and working with the CEO planing training and implementing new policies for the company. It was a pleasure working with our employees and children and watching them grow as teachers and students. The hardest part of the job was correcting employees and enforcing the rules with encouragement. – less
