About Covenant Dove
We know that there are many options when choosing a healthcare provider for you or your loved one - we want to be your facility of choice. At Covenant Dove, LLC our goal is to provide healthcare and services to individuals who are admitted to our facility. Our primary services include nursing services, long term care, physical, occupational, and speech – more... therapies, and some special care units (including ventilation units and secured dementia units-depending on location).
Our family of care givers utilize a team approach to assist in identifying the type of care and services a resident may benefit from. We work to address the individual needs, including the physical, social, emotional, and spiritual aspects of care. This team approach provides a great opportunity for the resident, the family, the residents' physician, and the facility staff to work together towards achieving the identified goals.
In addition to our goal for Quality Care - Covenant Dove has a true passion for providing Quality of Life experiences and environments for those we serve. This passion is just one of the reasons that Covenant Dove facilities truly do set a standard all their own. We understand that some of the most important personal decisions that you make and think about each day include, "what am I going to eat?", and "what am I going to do?". For the individuals who reside in and receive care in our facilities, their answers to these questions show that everyday of life counts.
