Cowen Enterprise, Inc. is an import/export trading company specializing in the skin care and beauty industry.

Administrative Assistant:
-Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing and answering telephones.
-Meet and greet clients and visitors.
-Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
-Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
-Sign for and distribute UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages.
-Research, price, and purchase office furniture and supplies.
-Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking, company credit cards and office keys.
-Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
-Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules.
-Collect and maintain PC inventory.
-Support staff in assigned project based work.
-Maintain and update social media outlets
-Perform some sales duties
-Other duties as assigned

-Majoring or BA in Business related field.
-Minimum of two (2) years of experience in general office responsibilities and procedures.
-Knowledge of the basic principles and practices of bookkeeping
-Highly organized and analytical.
-Proactive problem solver and able to multi-task and change focus to suit circumstances and changing priorities
-Ability to work independently and be self-motivated without close supervision.
-Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type 50 wpm
-Ability to communicate effectively.
-Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
-Fluent in English (Bilingual in Spanish)
-Reliable transportation.
-Knowledge in Photoshop preferred.
