I had a phone interview for a sales position. It went fairly well. At least well enough to go to the next step of taking the assessment test. Does anyone know how long the interview process will be?

Well i had two interviews approx. a month ago one was for a csr tech support position which I unfortunately did not get.The other was for inbound sales, either way the sales position is the job I was really interested due to my background and the fact that I love sales. Well I contacted the recruiter that set me up with the interview and only after several attempts and actually calling and speaking to a supervisor did he return my call, at that he said that all was well with my file and that the local hr center here in phoenix would contact me if interested what I found curious is that it could take as long as six month so I asked is there a way to contact the local HR or could he help me in that?His response was no I also informed him that I was told I would hear something in about two weeks from the person I interviewed with I guess that didn't matter so I am at loss I really want the job I don't understand how the two don't communicate can anybody please help ,I am certain I could be a great employee if given an opportunity or at the least no where I stand I'm like a lot of Americans I have a family to support and simply need this job so again I would be very thankful for any direction , lets pray that things for all americans get better god bless! Protect our troops.

I went to a Cox career fair recently and had two interviews that both went well. It came to the end of the second interview and the interviewer gave me a card to make sure I applied online. Well my question is, since I already had interviews before the electronic application was submitted will the HR people doing the hiring have my proof of interview?

I typed a rather long post, it finally stopped me from typing, then it said it was too long, like I'm suppose to count 2000 characters.
The jist of it was, I am a perfect canidate for cox tech support here in Baton Rouge, LA .. but I didn't "pass" their personality test, even though I've been in call centers for the past 6 years and they said that was what the test was to see.
I can go back in 6 months, you know, when My personality is completely different. They can kiss my big white butt.

I haven't received a call confirming my employment with Cox as a Technical Support Representative, but I'm hoping to get a little info in the time I wait. I would like to relocate with this company after a year or more, hopefully. Does anyone know if Cox allows current employees to relocate, with their own finances, to other call centers and continue in the same position?

Understand what you are getting into...politics knee deep, job cuts is thier new creed, if you knew how much money they make and what it costs them to deliver services, people in AZ would revolt in regards to thier bill. These guys are not your friend in the digital age but rather "Your Fleecing Friend in the Money Age". Money, Money, Money, sad but maybe its like that every where...I would never recommend a friend of mine to work there.

I was called today by a Cox recruiter and have an appointment to take the basic skills test tomorrow. Can anyone give me an idea what that is?
