My management team was ok their were some that I feel shouldn't have been given the position due to lack of knowledge and their poor attitude. I did pretty well with 90% of my co workers their were that10% that i could careless fore but do to the fact that we were on a job i had to keep it professional. Th hardest part of my job was loosing clients and not being able to help them with a problem that they may be having personally a lot of clients would ask for personal advice or for me to discuss issues with them on levels that my agency would not allow me to this was very hard because the clients trusted me and felt as though the could talk to me if not anyone else. the most enjoyable time of my day was engaging with my clients laughing and joking with them seeing them happy.
