CPX is an astounding company. I would probably still be there if I moved to LA. CPX has some issues with keeping up with themselves based on their staggering growth. They have gone through many skilled managers, COO's and CTO's. It seems they weren't happy with many of their hires. However, their clients like CPX because of the results. I'm sure they will continue to grow or get acquired.

CPX has been a great opportunity for me to begin a career. I started as an intern. Management has given me multiple options for a career path. Unfortunately, the company is very young and developing a structured culture and company policies for employees to abide by.

WORST COMPANY I EVER WORKED FOR IN MY LIFE. The company was filled with harrassment, bipolar bosses, there were talented salespeople who wisened up and left. A few nice people in management but unfortunately their talents were overshadowed by their higher bosses when I was there. In all fairness it may have changed since I was there... some people have left.
