Great place to get started with a career in advertising
employee (Current Employee), New York, NYNovember 3, 2013
Pros: free lunches, vacation/holiday time off, company trips
Cons: healthcare plans, management, culture, business values
CPX has been a great opportunity for me to begin a career. I started as an intern. Management has given me multiple options for a career path. Unfortunately, the company is very young and developing a structured culture and company policies for employees to abide by.

Over all fun place to work
Affiture Analyst (Current Employee), New York, NYOctober 7, 2013
Pros: fun place to work
Cons: no job security
Great atmosphere to work in . High energy and hands on training from management.
Very little advancement opportunity. Most people are replaced instead of promoted.

STAY AWAY!
Unanimous (Former Employee), Westbury, NYJune 1, 2012
Pros: location
Cons: everything else!
WORST COMPANY I EVER WORKED FOR IN MY LIFE. The company was filled with harrassment, bipolar bosses, there were talented salespeople who wisened up and left. A few nice people in management but unfortunately their talents were overshadowed by their higher bosses when I was there. In all fairness it may have changed since I was there... some people have left.
