As the Administrative Assistant, your duties will include, but not limited to, purchasing, billing, assisting sales activities, tracking sales record, maintaining customer database, organizing events, preparing reports, answering phones, and traditional clerk duties.
We are looking for someone who enjoys performing a variety of tasks. This is a fast paced position which requires strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask.

Bachelors degree preferred
