Duties and responsibilities:

Must be proficient in procedures for generating invoice for services provided to our customers.
Verify and correctly process all billings concerning these services.
Correctly process credit cards, receive and dispense cash, and charge customers accounts for payment for services rendered.
Comply with rental car procedures.
Assure that all meter reading for all fuel and oil dispensed correspond with fuel service cards, computer invoices and payment method.
Assist customers in any function necessary, i.e. catering, motel reservations, billing fuel, arranging ground transportation, etc.
Monitor all radios to facilitate customer service. Give prompt and courteous response to Unicom and Arimc calls.
Maintain clean facility and work area for customer and employee use.
Answer telephones, record and deliver messages as necessary.
Compute all checklists as assigned.
Understand the importance of taking fuel orders and be able to communicate with customers and co-workers this information to insure proper servicing of aircraft.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Previous experience in customer service preferred, but not required.
High school diploma at minimum.
