A new dealership presented a challenging dynamic

The dealership was recently purchased by a larger dealer group in Arkansas. The previous owner was not aggressive so it essentially was a brand new point.
I trained/managed sales staff of 8-10 along with 2 sales managers and 2 business managers. Hardest part of the job was that none of the 8-12 salespeople and managers had any training and experience, which presented the challenging dynamic. Even so, the sales/finance staff doubled gross profit in March year-over-year and increased sales in April 2015 by 26% year-over-year.
