Discuss accidents/injuries with Safety Director
Track FMLA and who owes for employee contributions on Health
Make sure we are in compliance with State and Federal policies
Help employees with their problems. concerns, payroll problems, medial/dental situations.
Negotiate vendor contracts (Aramark, Western, Employment Agencies)
