Leadership is only concerned with making a profit- "do what ever it takes" attitude. They really don't care about the client nor the candidate. Overbill clients for work that could be done in an hour with sub par candidates. Will place any candidate in the role just to collect their hourly rate.
Not many repeatable clients because Clients got smart and didn't re engage with Creative Alignments.
Candidates complaint, lack of good pay. Advise "Candidates look else where for a decent staffing firm that will pay you your true worth.
Inexperienced company leaders with no prior staffing background, they simply fell into the roles and it shows!!
don't use creative alignments-run away
