Plate former Operator, Clintonville, WI - August 5, 2015
It was nice to work independently but felt pressured. Environment was always dusty and very hot. I did learn a lot about running and fixing problems on the former. I learned how to run and fix heat tunnel, conflex, labelers and tapers. The management didn't care about my personal needs and were not understanding at all. Many of my co-workers were helpful but also despiteful. The hardest part of the job was getting the respect I deserved. The most enjoyable part of the job was learning how to fix problems without needing help.
