We hate to hear about your unhappy experience with CDS. We do offer generous paid time off to our full time employees and we work hard to ensure that pay is equitable. We all work within a budget but CDS is not facing significant budget issues. In fact, we are GROWING!
We hate to hear about favoritism as we believe all of our employees are valued. With regards to opportunities to advance, we have a new policy that all of our positions are to be posted so that our employees can apply when something they are interested in opens. We are seeing LOTS of employees advancing their careers with CDS.
