This is a full-time position as an Administrative Assistant working closely with the CEO of Creative Management Group, Inc.
This position will consist of telephone, calendar updates, and administrative marketing update paperwork. Will be scheduling some appointments, and calendar updates with clients.
- Management report for clients
- Guide clients through the implementation process
- Travel Schedule and Calendar for CEO
- Letters correspondences
You will receive a base Salary of 30K, as you become more and more successful, you will receive a monthly bonus which could make your salary 34-36 the first year. Health Insurance is available, and the company will pay $200 of your monthly rate.
- Must be detail oriented
- Enjoy working with clients in a professional setting
- Able to take a leadership role with client base
- Excellent communication skills and grammar
- Experienced using Microsoft Office (must be able to do advance excel/word)
- 3-4 years of working in professional business environment preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills
