Management at CREOKS, unlike other companies I have worked for, is always generally looking for ways to improve despite constant state budget and legislation setbacks. The location I'm at has improved so dramatically in just one year. I am very proud to work for this company because of the professional experiences it has provided.
While lower management allows for creative problem solving through the adoption of new technologies, this does not extend to upper management, where necessary technological growth stops in its tracks, such as in the implementation of more efficient procedures for case managers and therapists to be better trained and organized. All levels of management puts the most trust in how the lowest employees manage their time while, ironically, upper management has the least amount of trust in lower management.
As for the CEO, he is an intelligent visionary–however, the same can not be said of the rest of the executives, who seem to be more caught up in internal power struggles and contradicting the CEO's vision through their differing management styles and lack of cooperation with one another.
