If they would stick to one pay style it would be great. The people are great the customers are crazy.

Very professional work environment with a friendly work environment
OBIEE Techno-functional Analyst (Former Employee), San Diego, CA –
Pros: very good project, nice work culture, friendly boss and free lunches
I worked in cricket for one of their huge R12 implementation in financial modules they also implemented OBIEE and telecom tool IRB at the same time.
The work environment is very professional and opportunity for growth is really good.
I enjoyed my work at cricket as a consultant.

Horrible work environment and leadership in Oklahoma City
Indirect Account Manager (Former Employee), Oklahoma City, OK –
Cons: lack of effective and competent leadership, horrible work environment, hostile work environment
I made the horrible decision to join this employer in Oklahoma City in late 2009. I had a great career prior to this role but the District Director (a previous peer) promised me a wealth of opportunity in the market and I made the jump.
It was the worst experience in my entire working career, even worse than the grocery store I worked in high school. – more...  I have never experienced such incompetent leadership, hostile work environment, harassment and complete lack of accountability. The Cricket service is a joke compared to any other prepaid wireless service, their marketing is horrible and their overall business model is horrible. The Oklahoma City leadership team consists of uneducated, unprofessional individuals who are only looking out for themselves and nothing more. Don't waste your time with working for or using Cricket service. – less

Great pay but not a stable company
Retail Business Manager (Former Employee), Overland, MO –
Pros: great pay
Cons: closing down stores
The pay and benefits were great. The job was fun, but the company is in turmoil. Little orgamization causes several stores to close and many employees jobless.

Excellent compensation, that's about it
Indirect Account Manager (Former Employee), Philadelphia, PA –
Pros: high pay
Cons: little to no leadership, working in dangerous neighborhoods, poor systems.
Cricket is a poorly run company, with inferior systems, awful management, and a huge lack of leadership. Compensation is excellent, which is why I chose to work for them, however it is largely hazard pay, as you are placed in low income, high crime areas, which is where Cricket is most successful. I also consider it hazard pay because you're constantly – more...  dealing with issues that you have no way to solve because your systems are the primary cause of the issues. – less
